Tartanstic is a Womens Couture - a - Porter collection that provides a fresh perspective on Tartan fabric using artisanal work. The aim of the collection is to promote and preserve an ancient embroidery, Zardozi in an unconventional way and to also provide work and livelihood to the artisans.

Inspired by nature and its natural textures, she wove the following samples on a rigid heddle loom with wool and paper yarns. Some of the samples were first made on POINTCARRE, a digital weaving software that allows us to digitally simulate the lift plans and generate realistic weaves and check for any errors.
